Yearly
Comprehensive Physical Examinations
Frontier Pet Clinic offers 30 minute office visits so we can
spend quality time with both you and your pet.
Our thorough physical exams include evaluation of skin, eyes,
ears, teeth, body condition, heart, lungs, abdomen and lymph
nodes. Remember that pets age faster than humans so yearly
physical exams are extremely important to assure that you are
providing the most appropriate care for your pet.
Vaccinations and Preventative Medicine
We use quality vaccines and preventative medications to protect
your pet from harmful diseases. Each pet will have a preventative
medicine program tailored to suit their needs and risks. We
have a computerized reminder system that will notify you when
your pet is due for exams, vaccines or other treatments.
Minor and Major Surgical Services
At Frontier Pet Clinic, we offer the safest and most effective
anesthetics and pain relief for all surgical procedures. Routine
surgeries such as spays and neuters are performed Monday - Friday.
We also offer advanced soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries
with board certified veterinary surgeons who will come to the
clinic for more involved surgeries (i.e., TPLO knee surgeries,
abdominal mass removal, etc.).
Complete Medical Services
We have in-house laboratory testing that provides us with immediate
evaluation of systemic and metabolic health. Pre-anesthetic
blood testing is available and encouraged to ensure safer use
of anesthetic agents. In addition to our in-house testing, we
use a nationally recognized outside laboratory for extensive
blood panels and biopsy evaluation. We also offer advanced in-house
ultrasound and endoscopy by a board certified veterinary internal
medicine specialist. We use our in-house ultrasound machine
extensively for diagnostic purposes.
Ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning and Dental Services
Frontier Pet Clinic uses state of the art ultrasonic and air
driven dental equipment to provide your pet with healthy teeth
and gums. We also polish the teeth after scaling, and use Oravet
dental sealant on all dentals to help prevent plaque accumulation.
Good oral health means greater comfort for your pet and also
decreases the risk of other systemic side effects associated
with dental disease. We also carry a variety of home dental
care products to keep your pet's teeth clean in between dental
cleanings.
Radiology
Frontier Pet Clinic has a fully equipped digital x-ray suite.
We use the digital radiology system which allows for the most
diagnostic/high contrast and detail radiographs available today.
We are able to send them to a board-certified radiologist for
evaluation with the push of a button, and get consultation results
within a few hours. No more need to have x-rays couriered to
the radiologist and wait several days for results!
Referrals
We have an extensive referral base that includes board certified
surgeons and internal medicine specialists who will come to
the hospital for your peace of mind and convenience. This way,
you can always be sure your pet is getting the most advanced
and up to date medical treatment.
Boarding
Frontier Pet Clinic has limited boarding available to our existing
clients. We provide clean comfortable accommodations, multiple
walks daily and premium diets.
